Sexuality Counseling/Coaching
Sexuality counseling is generally short-term and client-centered, focusing on the immediate concern or problem. We blend our experience as a pelvic floor specialist with our training is sex counseling to help support your goals for better sexual health!
Physical Therapy- In person
These are in person pelvic floor physical therapy appointments with Dr. Rachel Gelman, pelvic floor specialist at our clinic in San Francisco.
Professional Mentorship
Mentorship is essential for all clinicians in the field of pelvic health. Maybe you are just starting out and want to know how to better manage your time during a complex case. Or you have been practicing for a few years and want to start your own solo practice. Perhaps you have a patient with a diagnosis or presentation that has you wishing you could talk it out with someone one on one. Whatever the situation, I have spent over a decade in the field as both a clinician and an educator and would love to help you hone your skills and knowledge base.
Virtual Pelvic Health Services
Can't make it in for an in person appointment? A virtual consultation is a great option to get you started or help modify your current treatment plan or see if you would benefit from an in-person visit.
